Refund policy.

If Beckon isn't right for you, you get your money back. No questions asked.

  1. Full refund within 14 days.

    Ask within 14 days of any charge, whether it's your first payment, a renewal, or a monthly or yearly plan, and we refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

  2. How to ask.

    Email support@beckonapp.ai from the address on your receipt, or reply to the receipt email. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, and the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.

  3. What happens to your plan.

    A refunded subscription is canceled and your account moves to the Free plan. Everything stored on your Mac (research, meetings, history, boards) stays where it is.

  4. After 14 days.

    You can cancel at any time from the Account page in Beckon. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and then doesn't renew. Where the law in your country gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.
